crying,making people cry and angry!

I've a bad mood lately, and I don't actually understand what is happening to me --,--

this bad mood makes me emotional and finally it's make me cry
I don't believe what I feel, is not clear!
but it makes me annoyed! I just want to cry, make people cry and angry! That's it
